West Dunbartonshire Libraries and Cultural Services are delighted to announce the launch of our new and updated Heritage Trails. This series of six trails allow people to explore the history of West Dunbartonshire and enjoy our natural and built heritage. The six Heritage Trails cover:

Each Heritage Trail advises on a route to take and explains the points of interest along each route, taking in past and present architecture, industry, famous people and the natural landscape.
West Dunbartonshire Heritage Trails are available from your local library and Clydebank Museum and Art Gallery. West Dunbartonshire Libraries and Cultural Services would like to acknowledge the assistance of Clydebank Local History Society, The Lennox Heritage Society (Turkey Red Trust) and The Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery in compiling these trails.
