Please note reduced capacities in the gyms:

  • Meadow Centre = 35
  • Vale of Leven Swimming Pool = 17
  • Clydebank Leisure Centre = 50

Sessions are 50 & 75 minutes long at the Meadow Centre & Vale Pool; they vary at Clydebank Leisure Centre. Don't forget to book a slot!

Booking procedure

  • 7 days in advance for members.
  • 1 day in advance for non-members.
  • All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking, unless you hold one of our memberships that includes gym access.

Please be courteous to your fellow fitness participant and cancel your booking if you are unable to attend.
