Employment Equalities Monitoring in West Dunbartonshire Council’

Under the Equality Act 2010 and the specific duties introduced in May 2012, West Dunbartonshire Council has a duty to:

  • gender
  • gender re-assignment
  • pregnancy and maternity
  • race
  • religion and belief
  • sexual orientation

The numbers of:

  • employees in post
  • job applications
  • applications for training
  • internal applications for promotion
  • employees who receive training
  • employees who are involved in grievance procedures
  • employees who are involved in disciplinary procedures
  • employees who benefit or suffer as a result of its personal development scheme
  • employees leaving the council

The Council reports on and publishes this through its Equality Mainstreaming report. The next report will be published in 2021.
