Pupil Registration

IMS Pupil Registration Form

All pupils receiving lessons through the Instrumental Music Service MUST be registered on a yearly basis in order to receive those lessons. This system allows us to appropriately support our pupils, communicate key messages effectively to parents and pupils and monitor our service to deliver the best outcomes and information.
