Jean Senior from Beech Tree Clinic in Helensburgh will lead you on a relaxing walk locating and exploring plants that are beneficial for your health and can be eaten. We will follow the River Leven from India Street along to the Bonhill Bridge. Jean has an amazing knowledge of plants and we will know this will be an interesting session.
If you would like to bring children they are welcome. All parents and carers are responsible for them. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.
The route is accessible but if you have any specific needs please get in touch.
