West Dunbartonshire’s Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy (LHEES) sets out the priorities for generating renewable heat and improving the energy efficiency of the area’s building stock. The Strategy will inform the development of heat decarbonisation projects, energy efficiency improvements and fuel poverty reduction across our local authority area.
We are consulting on West Dunbartonshire’s first LHEES and the survey questionnaire gives local stakeholders the opportunity to have their say on the proposed content, to help ensure it meets the needs of our communities and has as positive an impact as possible across the authority area.
The consultation will remain open until Friday 28 June 2024. Comments from the consultation will aid in the development of the final Strategy and Delivery Plan, which will be published later in the year.
