West Dunbartonshire Libraries promote kindness in all aspects of our service, but in the run up to World Kindness Day we’re doing some extra bits and pieces.
We’ve teamed up with P6 & P7 pupils from local Primary Schools to create postcards and bookmarks with messages of kindness and positivity which will be distributed to library users, both in our libraries and through our Home Delivery service.
Dumbarton Library will be showcasing their Kindness Tree which anyone can add to with kind words and motivational messages.
Balloch Library will be spreading some happiness with their Kindness Envelopes which they will be giving to library users and passers-by.
Our library staff will be embracing the Kindness Calendar and aiming to complete as many of the daily challenges as possible.
