Free tester session of E-bikes. Has it been a while since you last rode a bike and would like to refresh your skills? Or perhaps you've always wanted to try an electric bike? Then come along and give it a try. This group is a great way to meet new people exercise and help to reduce social isolation. Active travel hub is also celebrating their 1st birthday so join in with them with a free cuppa and a bit of birthday cake in a safe warm environment. |

Offers a safe warm environment for people to meet and socialise by building positive relationships, ages 16 and above. Golden friendships will be offering a free Christmas grotto for children in December. They are working towards a heating and eating project one evening a week. This will be a free two course dinner and activities for children in a warm safe environment (depending on funding). |

A drop in café providing a safe, warm environment with free tea, coffee, cake and soup. Tots to teens on a Wednesday and Friday between the hours 12-2 offering pre - loved or new clothes. Barclay church will do a gratitude tree month in November, where people can write down what they are grateful for, which helps people feel more positive emotions such as kindness. |

Street Connect is a Christian Charity supporting vulnerable residents. Providing food bags plus a free cup of tea and a biscuit; giving people the opportunity to meet others and have a chat in a warm environment. This helps build relationships by reducing social isolation within our communities. |

Bowling and Milton Community Council |
Celebrating Remembrance Day by laying wreaths at the war memorials in both Milton and Bowling. Everyone is then welcome back to the Bay Inn, Bowling for a free cup of tea/coffee to remember the fallen by showing kindness in a safe and warm environment. |

To celebrate World Kindness Day, Awestruck Academy are providing free soup and sandwiches to those in need. Food will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access to venue. |

The Children and Staff at Bonhill Primary School are linking their harvest non-uniform day with donating different food items to WD Community Foodshare. |

Dumbarton Rocks Recovery Café is offering a safe warm hub to individuals who are recovering from addictions. They are offering holistic therapies, recovery meetings, which will include a light lunch. It's a great opportunity to meet others and have a chat, helping to reduce social isolation and loneliness within the community. |

Food For Thought supply emergency food parcels to residents of West-Dunbartonshire, particularly to those in crisis. They have three outreach centres across West Dunbartonshire. |

HSCP will be showing online documentary film Resilience: The Biology or Stress and the Science of Hope followed by Panel discussion. This is aimed at those interested in learning more about trauma and how kind, supportive relationships can help heal trauma and develop trauma-informed services. |
