Friday 11 November	Kilbowie Primary school	Pupils will write kind letters to their local care home and also supply winter essentials to the care home and also the homeless.
13 November	Carers of West Dunbartonshire	Carers of West Dunbartonshire will be acknowledging World Kindness Day across their social media channels.
Thursday Evenings 5pm - 7pm	Ben View Resource Centre Strathleven Place Dumbarton G82 1BA	Ben View and Blue Triangle are running a free Big Scran offering a warm welcoming environment. A great opportunity to meet others to help reduce social isolation.
November Monday-Friday 12-4pm	Old Kilpatrick Food Parcel Unit 5 OKFP Hub, Station Road Industrial Estate, Old Kilpatrick G60 5LP	Old Kilpatrick Food Parcels are offering a safe, warm environment where members of the public can come along and get a free bowl of soup and hot drink. It's a great opportunity to meet new people, helping reduce social isolation within our communities.
13 November Restricted to over 18's	Active Travel Hub Mitchell Way To book your place (or for more information) Please contact us on: 01389 752 629 or email: valeofleventrust@outlook.com From 1pm Please book a skills session prior to this day if you have not already done so	Free tester session of E-bikes. Has it been a while since you last rode a bike and would like to refresh your skills? Or perhaps you've always wanted to try an electric bike? Then come along and give it a try. This group is a great way to meet new people exercise and help to reduce social isolation. Active travel hub is also celebrating their 1st birthday so join in with them with a free cuppa and a bit of birthday cake in a safe warm environment.
November	Golden friendships 18 Nairn Place Clydebank G81 4NU For further information please contact Jim McLaren on 07957568330.	Offers a safe warm environment for people to meet and socialise by building positive relationships, ages 16 and above. Golden friendships will be offering a free Christmas grotto for children in December. They are working towards a heating and eating project one evening a week. This will be a free two course dinner and activities for children in a warm safe environment (depending on funding).
Wednesday 11-2 Thursday 7-8 Friday 11-2	Dalmuir Barclay Church 1 Durban Avenue Dalmuir West Drop in café - Wednesday and Friday's (11am - 2pm).	A drop in café providing a safe, warm environment with free tea, coffee, cake and soup. Tots to teens on a Wednesday and Friday between the hours 12-2 offering pre - loved or new clothes. Barclay church will do a gratitude tree month in November, where people can write down what they are grateful for, which helps people feel more positive emotions such as kindness.
Fridays 12-2pm	Street Connect 19 Shelley Dr, Clydebank G81 3EL	Street Connect is a Christian Charity supporting vulnerable residents. Providing food bags plus a free cup of tea and a biscuit; giving people the opportunity to meet others and have a chat in a warm environment. This helps build relationships by reducing social isolation within our communities.
Sunday 13th November 11.15-1pm	Bowling and Milton Community Council Bay Inn	Celebrating Remembrance Day by laying wreaths at the war memorials in both Milton and Bowling. Everyone is then welcome back to the Bay Inn, Bowling for a free cup of tea/coffee to remember the fallen by showing kindness in a safe and warm environment.
Friday 4th November 2pm- 4pm	Milton Village Community Group	Come and meet others in a safe warm environment to reduce social isolation by having a natter over a cuppa.
Sunday 13th November From 12pm	Awstruck Academy 36 Sylvania Way South, Clydebank G81 1EA 0141 435 7116	To celebrate World Kindness Day, Awestruck Academy are providing free soup and sandwiches to those in need. Food will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access to venue.
Wednesdays November 12-4pm	Bonhill and Dalmonach Community Council Dalmonach Community Centre	During the month of November, the group will run winter warmer events. The cafe is open on Wednesdays with tea, coffee, papers and magazines.
Friday 4th November	Bonhill Primary School	The Children and Staff at Bonhill Primary School are linking their harvest non-uniform day with donating different food items to WD Community Foodshare.
Ongoing Tue - Friday 10am -4pm	West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare 01389 764135 Freephone 0800 345 7050	WD Community Foodshare deliver to those most in need across West Dunbartonshire, including food parcels and fuel vouchers for emergency gas and electricity. (Must meet eligibility criteria). They also do an annual Christmas appeal, baby bank, and school uniform bank.,
From 10th November Tuesday - Friday 11-4pm 12-2pm (Free Food)	The Phoenix 17a Quarry Knowe, Castlehill Dumbarton G82 5AF	The Phoenix is offering a safe, warm and welcoming hub. providing free hot food (this may vary from day to day). The café is also open for normal business (reasonable prices) Great opportunity to meet new people and have a chat with the friendly staff.
Fridays 11 - 2pm	Dumbarton Rocks Recovery Concorde Community Centre St Mary's Way Dumbarton G82 1LJ	Dumbarton Rocks Recovery Café is offering a safe warm hub to individuals who are recovering from addictions. They are offering holistic therapies, recovery meetings, which will include a light lunch. It's a great opportunity to meet others and have a chat, helping to reduce social isolation and loneliness within the community. Within the month of November, they will encourage members to write down acts of kindness and hang them up on the wall for others to see. Within the café there are services such as welfare rights, advocacy services if other aspects of information and support required.
Month of November Tuesdays 1-3 and Thursday 10-12	Alternatives Knowetop Project Castlehill Road G82 5AT 07898593629	Knowetop project is offering a safe hub to help reduce social isolation. Come along and have a free cuppa, cake and a bit of company.
Outreach Centres Mondays 11am -12pm St Stephens Chapel Hall Park Road Dalmuir Tuesdays 11am -12pm CATRA Centre 5 Alexander St Alexandria Thursday 11am -12pm Community Sports Hub 60 Dean St Clydebank	Food For Thought Unit 15 Artizan Shopping Centre Dumbarton G82 1LJ Office times: Mon-Fri 10am - 5pm 01389 743908	Food For Thought supply emergency food parcels to residents of West-Dunbartonshire, particularly to those in crisis. They have three outreach centres across West Dunbartonshire. Food For Thought have a social enterprise café ChariTea in Dumbarton where they run a 'pay it forward' scheme, where you can buy a meal and hot drink for someone in need. They also do a Christmas toy appeal too.

This is aimed at those interested in learning more about trauma and how kind, supportive relationships can help heal trauma and develop trauma-informed services.
Monday 14th November	Alternatives - Sky Lark project	Will use their social media networks to celebrate their volunteers who have collectively dedicated 3037 hours of volunteering to support The Trust between Nov 21- Nov 22.
