Funding

Regeneration manages several funding programmes on behalf of the Council. These include the Place Based Investment Programme; Regeneration Capital Grant Fund; Shared Prosperity Fund – Shop Front Improvements; and Dumbarton Town Centre Common Good Fund.

Place Based Investment Programme

The Place Based Investment Programme (PBIP) is a Scottish Government capital funding programme worth approximate £325m over its five-year lifespan.

Regeneration Capital Grant Fund

The Regeneration Capital Grant Fund supports locally developed place-based regeneration projects.

Shopfront Improvement Grant

A package of activities for businesses through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Dumbarton Town Centre Common Good Fund

The Dumbarton Town Centre Common Good Fund is a grant to support regeneration activity in the town centre.
